Founded by Owen Phillips, a career property entrepreneur, with over 15 years industry experience. After years of working with landlords, and as a landlord himself, he saw a need for a simpler and easier solution for those ready to retire or move on from property management.

Owen built his first business, OTP, into an eight-figure property development pipeline across residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects. After years of working with landlords, he saw a need for a simpler solution for those ready to retire or move on from property management.
